The stay was enjoyable with access to a cozy common area that included snacks and refreshing drinks, enhancing our experience. The walk to the main sights took about 15 minutes. The air conditioning struggled during the warmer days, which was a slight drawback.

Everything was delightful. Edoardo is a mega-friendly comrade. You can contact him on any matter. Whatever he can, he can help. His mother is a nice woman too... Breakfasts for Italy are just great. A variety of fruits and even hot dishes. Baked goods, slices, juices, tea, coffee - it all comes naturally. Coffee is great, by the way. Pleasant bonuses and compliments are also delightful. Someone's been treated to beer and sandwiches. We got a bottle of homemade wine in our room... The soundproofing was nice. If you consider this price category, I'm just sure it's one of the best in Florence.
It wasn't very upsetting, but it was a bit of a bust. The main advantage of it is silence. But if it is important for you to be in the epicenter and stress every morning and evening 20-minute walk to the center and back, then take this moment into account.

Great location, no public transport at all. Quiet street, ordinary entrances, high ceilings, a bunch of keys - it feels like you're a resident of Florence :) .and a wealthy resident.) Breakfast, sightseeing map, compliment. hospitable hosts - this was already in the reviews and corresponded to the descriptions . Still pleased with the availability of the bathroom plus a shower: for tired of walking feet was very convenient , And it was the only place that we booked in this holiday, where we sent a detailed description of how to get there and how much it will be on time and money - also means that we are taken care of :), And although the cost of living was not the lowest. it is worth it. I will recommend friends necessarily.
wi-fi in room 2 where we lived could have done better: the network was often lost. But it was :) and it didn't spoil the rapture of living

Great room and great manager at the hotel. He's ready to tell you about all the places worth visiting in Florence. location is great. just a short distance from the tourist routes. so you can sleep with your windows open, nearest major museums (such as the Pitti Gallery and Boboli Gardens are literally 5 minutes on foot). Good breakfast can be enjoyed all morning.
In the beginning, there was a problem with the drain in the shower room and sink, but the problem was quickly resolved (during our absence) as soon as we reported it. Also, we were sometimes forgotten to put in new soap and shower gel packs, but it was worth telling the hotel staff how we were instantly provided with the necessary hygiene products, making sincere apologies and offering a nice compliment in order to smooth out this misunderstanding.

They found the hotel easily - they walked from the station past the drunkard Novella, then over the bridge Alla Carraia and past the church of Santa Spirita in a straight line to St. Mary. In the evenings, all streets are well lit, you can walk in peace late) Hotel rooms on the second floor, the room has high ceilings, authentic furnishings. In the bathroom all accessories, there is also a bath and shower) Breakfast is good - eggs, sausages, slices, baked, coffee. The room has a kettle, bags with brew and sugar to suit all tastes, we even left baked goods on the table in the room, you could have a quiet snack and drink tea. It was cool for two days, the air conditioning was on - great heating. The area is quiet, not far from Pitti. We were pleased with the choice of the hotel.
There's not enough towel dryer in the bathroom.

The location offered a quiet retreat while still being just a short walk to major attractions. The spacious room was a definite highlight, equipped with a mini fridge and a safe for added convenience. The breakfast provided a good variety, complemented by an always-available coffee station to start the day off right. Noise insulation left room for improvement, and the air conditioning did struggle a bit during warmer days.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ideal and available throughout the day. Best of all, the workers were very friendly and welcoming - recommending some great local places to eat. All in all, great value for money - I couldn't have asked for more. We had a lovely time.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent suggestions for places to eat that were frequented by local people as well as visitors. Our room was spacious, well furnished and quiet. Home in Florence is away from the tourist bustle, in a residential neighborhood, but only a 15-20 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. We would highly recommend Home in Florence.

massimiliano gave helpful information about the area and how to go about it,
no personnel to ask for the most basic things like toilet paper, nor soap.,Bidet in the bathroom wasnt working. Cleanliness was lacking and the room smelled bad when the airconditioning was ON. Basically, guests were unattended for 90% of the time. .

great location but some room issues
The hotel is perfectly situated in a quieter neighborhood, offering easy access to fantastic local bars and restaurants. The ladies running the B&B were genuinely cute and provided a diverse breakfast selection that kept our mornings enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with beautiful artwork that added a charming touch to our stay.
The mosquitoes during the night were quite bothersome.

They give you the option to take advantage of the food in the "breakfast room" for 5 euros per day. For that money you can eat anything in the breakfast room and make yourself coffee at any time of day or night. We didn't pay for the breakfast but the staff had no problem with us using the facilities to hang out and eat food that we bought elsewhere. They offered us nightcaps for free. There was a computer for anyone to use for free. Free WiFi. They even printed something for me for no charge. The customer service is top quality. They made us a reservation at an affordable restaurant. They had good site seeing recommendations.
The room was not cleaned regularly. We ran out of toilet paper and didn't bother bringing it up with the staff because we thought it would be taken care of during daily cleaning. There was no turn-down service so the toilet paper was not replenished. One of our rooms had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom.

Max and Paolo were extremely gracious and helpful with tips and directions. The room was very comfortable and unbelievably quiet. The breakfast was a very good value including staying open for cafe latte all day! The b&b atmosphere allowed us to meet interesting fellow travelers at breakfast. Great location with Piazza Santa Spiritu right down the street (restaurants and bars). I can't imagine a better location and accomodations at this value.
Our shower was a little small and large folks might have a problem with it. For us, the positives far outweighed this one negative. Note: no elevator but Paolo and/or Max are very helpful with luggage.
